That's a good idea Karen, I know last summer my DB30 got really beat up when I hauled it around. :thumbsup:

I started to set things up today. Put the new petcock on the gas tank. I worked on the brackets I made for the clutch cover and mounted the clutch cover:doah: I was nervous to drill the holes Jeff:laugh::laugh: I flipped the band brake cable. I put a piece of card board under the engine for now because I am sliding it back and forth. Mounted the new kickstand.......I need a better spring:doah: Tomorrow I hope to set the jack shaft up and cut the chain:thumbsup:

I worked on the Jack shaft today and the chain. The jack shaft brackets came from Taco Joe with my Frijole. The holes didn't line up quite right, so I had to drill them out a size larger:doah: All of the other jack shaft parts I bought from OldMiniBikes and built. I just need some key ways. I think I am all lined up now. Time to take the cardboard out:laugh::laugh:
