definitely a good save on the kickstand, but I'm pretty sure that doesn't qualify as "lazy". way more work than buying a new one, and way cooler. this thread is making me want to get back in my garage and work on my project.

good job on the kickstand, I was going to say to coat it with JB weld but the welding worked out much better. I have to remember that trick just in case :thumbsup:

Thanks everyone. Been a lot of hard work and issues neverending...

We have a roller! Finally rolled it out into the "sun"...





I am not digging the big black sprocket. Gotta do something with it. And of course, I can't find the new decals I have here somewhere for the enigne...

And yes, I hammered out the kicked up end of the rear fender. Didn't like how it looked.

I wonder if Rick has some of the blue fender stripe sticker material to spare...

Looks really good. :thumbsup: what are you planning for the sprocket, going to paint it white?

Yeah, probably white, or maybe blue. I do have to repaint the left handle bar white, so since I will have the gun already filled with white paint...

Might swiss cheese the sprocket first though. Sprocket is a heavy SOB.
