I finally swapped out the crappy 2.8 for a 4 hp Tecumseh that I got from blkscorpion80. The new motor runs great and the kid who will be getting the bike will have a blast riding it!
I was informed yesterday that there is to be no more picking at the scrapyard I go to.
Lately, there has been a lot of arguing between the yard boss and a few of the pickers. Petty stuff really. I've always had the mindset, don't bite the hand that feeds ya.
Well, those couple of guys have...
I simi finished up engine mods and a paint job. I think I need to clear coat, and the wheels need to be painted (yellow??), but I'm simi satisfied, I think. I'm just tired of paint for the moment!... Still got the old 6.5 in it with re-jetted carb and new header from Brad at PMR. Runs...

I cut the new DB forks for the Arco lowers to go onto, I used the upper spring cups off the Arco forks as the bars on them were bent badly. I got them free after carefullly torching then grinding the excess material away, I slid them onto the freshly cut DB forks and am waiting to weld em. I'm...
I just got word that my first run of the Cat handlebar stickers are done. I should have them tomorrow and put up pics. These will not have the bikes model number on them and again, they are not exact copies because my vinyl hookup can't print on foil. I'm thinking $10 shipped, but they will be...
