Mc 70 setup to run alcohol, would like to trade for a west bend 820 setup for right side drive.

So I brought home this engine and the guy said it was setup to run on alcohol. So I have some questions. One what would be the proper oil/alkey mix. Two how would I tell if it was actually set up to run alcohol. Three if I tried running an oil/ gas mix could it hurt anything or if it wasn't...

I know it's a Kart engine but I'm wondering what this one is missing on it other than a carb and shroud and if it is going to be a huge effort to get this one going. Haven't bought it yet. This one would be perfect for my '64 Rupp Lancer.
