Anybody know where I can find torque specs for the bolt circles around the crank shaft? I will be mounting a TAV and wnat to snug it correctly.

I'm looking into mounting a 12v light on my doodle bug mini bike. I'm sure it is possible and someone has done it. But I cant seem to find it lol. Any help would be awesome. Thanks.
