Putting my MTD model 520 "ugly" bike back together and I have a early 80's HS50 Tec that could really use the correct slanted intake manifold and matching slanted Taylor spark screen type muffler.

not finding an exhaust I liked,not being a welder I usually have to think of alternatives..I took a 3/4" floor mount a 3/4" 90° elbow and a Briggs style muffler...used cut off blade,shaped the floor mount,had to slot and grind sides of flange a little so nuts would clear...rode with shorts...
