I recently purchased a 78 Rockford Chibi with a Bridgestone 60cc engine that was seized by the previous owner. I have a stock sized piston, but the cylinder has been bored to the 1st over specs. So I either need a stock bore cylinder or a 1st over piston. I'll get pics soon

I have a non Hemi predator with a .020 longer rid and stock piston. I was wondering if there is enough room to throw in a flat top piston too without an issue or if I need a stock length rod? Bonus if I can use a smaller gasket!

Any issue with reusing with piston? Are the scratches on the skirt worth worrying about? I already ran a scotch brite over them. I had just planned on ball honing the cylinder and re-ringing it.

So the ARCO H30 I picked up last weekend has no compression. I opened the head and poured oil inside and it fairly quickly got by the piston and into the sump. Pretty safe to say that this is the cause no? Bad piston rings? Ive never changed em. Anyone have or know of a decently simply step...

what all does it take to do this? probably going throw this crank in with a std length billet rod, with flat top piston. will I have to mill the piston down? looked all over the site and couldn't find anything

I am just curious, I see on e-bay people selling pistons that say will fit 3.5 or 5 hp. engines, I always thought the 5hp piston was a monster compared to their smaller engines. Hence people use the 5hp. for racing. Am I correct in assuming they are full of :censure: here. Please advise......
