Hey bikebudy, I've got to make a few chain tensioners yet, and fender mounts ..If I 'm going to run fenders . Other than that ready for paint .

Spent sometime today trying to get this Savage SSC ready to go for paint. Started out by building a simple chain tensioner, nothing to hi tech ...just a simple slider type tensioner for the rear chain. First I had to make a slider bracket, and away of keeping the tensioner in one position.
Here goes...slider bracket.

Tensioner and idler wheel assembly...

I decided to hide this tensioner assembly under the bottom.

Rear fender mount is tacked on using a donor fender for reference. Final welds before paint.

Same for the front fender mount.
