Nice score Tom. I'll feel better when you have it in your possession. You have just enough time to get that ready for Windber. I think that will clean up pretty nice. Welcome to the Rupp club:laugh:

Will do.
This is going to be the longest wait until 1pm ever.
I've been awake since 4. My mind is racing.

Kinda like that first date with anticipation.

Hopefully ends better than first date and I get a happy ending.
Pics later.

Picked her up. Pretty rough. But, I have started with worse.
The chrome on the rims may be shot. I haven't done anything but unload it. Fenders look salvageable. Frame has no cracks or rewelds.
Bars are useable. TAV is all there. Even has the belt.
Tires have lots of tread but, not sure they will be useable. May be dry.
Overall, I think I did good or should I say great for what I paid.
Just a super nice guy too.
The extra engine is a little side popper h35. Score. Has good compresion and looks like it may work for something.
Overall I did great!!!!

Thanks for looking. It's too friggin hot to do much today. 105-110 with the heat index. And 70% or so humidity. Just sweat thinking.

Dave, the engine as I looked at it briefly, says Craftsman. Haven't looked real close. So, I assume it is the wrong engine.

You are talking about the one on the bike right?
And there is a box of parts for the side popper.

There is no doubt, I will not be doing a full original resto on this one.
Oh, and the inside of the tank is so fresh and so clean, clean.
I am just going to clean everything up and see what I have to work with. May just Buck it up.

Might even chop it up, flatten that engine mounting plate and Rat Clone it.:laugh::laugh:
