Figured out my brakes. It works petty good and I can adjust it.

Does anyone have a good photo or link on how to attach my throttle cable to the Briggs carb from the back side? I am trying to avoid going on the front or under the tank. Anyone have a photo of the factory connection.?

Decided to make my own seat. Going with a Cafe Racer look.

Cut blocks of foam.

Shape it.

Finished and ready to cover.

So how did you do that?
This is my first attempt making a seat. I talked to my local upholstery shop for advise. Here is what I learned. Buy foam adhesive so it will be permanent. Use a serrated knife, hack saw or electric knife to cut and shape foam. Need to have foam at least 1/2" to 1" thicker and wider than the actual seat size. Wire brush or sand foam smooth. Every imperfection will show up when vinyl is on.

If you have an extra seat, take it apart and see how it was done.

Got my pipe back after my friend welded it. Sanded the black pipe to make it bling. Will spray high temp clear to finish it off.

Made an aluminum bracket for the fiberglass clutch cover I got from Mac.
