Well, it isn't a big issue, but its bugging me, and I think its wearing my belt out faster. It isn't necessarily bent, its just that the disc is pushed in more on one side than the other, so the belt isn't smooth when riding across it, it wobbles. Any idea how I could bend it out without...

The rear axle tab on my bonanza is bent pretty bad and I want to try and heat it up and straighten it, my concern is i dont want to bend the frame or crack the existing weld. any pointers would be appreciated.

fixing bent forks or struts is easy with a press. I use the top of the table saw to check if they are straight. I mark where it needs to be pressed with a magic marker then it's just a matter of tweak and check. Then they were polished on a buffing wheel

What the best way to bend bent fork straight?If you use heat does it weaken the forks?Any help would be great.

Anyone ever done this or heard of it. I was removing some links from my chain today and noticed the tail end of the jackshaft was bent. I'm going to try to straighten it with a vice. Anyway, let me know.

So I just put the 14cc milled head on my baja warrior wr65. When I pulled off the rocker arms and unscrewed the studs I noticed that both of the studs are bent. I assume that this isn't normal, just wondering what might have caused it. I'm gonna get some new ones here soon but I left them on...

I got the front shock apart on my scat cat and found that the inner chrome part in bent. I will keep looking around for a less bent one. My question is do you think heating it up to staighten it will be ok?? Probaly willl need to be re-chromed or not painted right?

I have this 1968/69 Bonanza Scout (chopper) but I think the frame is bent. I find it kinda hard to believe as the welds are not cracked. The only area in question is where the handle bars attach to the frame. Any good photos of a 1968 Bonanza Chopper I can compare against??
