"The Motor"

The birthday is behind me, as are a sh:censure:load of years, but now it is back to the Limo.
I really wanted to post no more pictures until it is done . . . . . . but his Evilness
requested I post his latest masterpiece, and so, here is my Evil Ed 6.5 Electric Start
"B&S Copper 5" motor and the powder coated chainguard;

Check out the heat shield on the pipe, originally bought at MacFest and re-chromed!!

And, on another note, look what we finalised today!

Back at it!!

Started the best part, putting it back together with all the parts now real pretty!

Put on the swingarm and ran all the wiring, and there is more than usual because it is electric start and it has a key switch, a taillight switch, brake lights hooked to the master cylinder, off-on + start + kill on the handlebars and a charging circuit from the engine.

Then I mounted the caliper, ran the hose and bleed the system;

This is the bottom showing the wiring and the hydralic master cylinder

and this is the brake cable from the handlebars hooking up to the hydralic brake!

It will really be taking shape now!!

Ooops, that was a kinda spazzed out take off. The series 30
assemetrical torq-a-verter really works and even packing double
it has good acceleration and good top speed!

Tomorrow I will post some still pics that are clearer and show the detail!

SWEET! Great work Paul. :thumbsup: That thing is right up there with KKK's Twister Trike. I haven't been on the OldMiniBikes much for the last week and this was a pleasant surprise to come back to. :thumbsup:
