Adapts a gx390 style engine to a small block bolt pattern.
I had it made at a machine shop. Made out of 6061 aluminum and is very nice. Works great. Just sold the bike it was on. Must go no need for it anymore...........
$50 shipped.
I was trolling the CL and this engine caught my eye. It's not any bargain by a long shot and too many hoops to jump. In the top of the 9th pic it looks like a big split in the middle of the block. That would be upsetting to pay first and find a cracked block...
I got one of the 420cc Clones that I'm contemplating putting on a TS50 project I have, the original plan was a mild built Tec H70 I have almost ready to go but now considering a BB...just curious if anyone has done this conversion and if they used the stock jackshaft mount with a 40 series...
hi again,
i just took off a head to a 196 Champion motor and noticed it is a non hemi head and i would like to use it if it fits.
First question i'd like to ask before tearing apart the hemi: Will the non hemi fit the hemi block? i
i would like to install it and so i can buy the 1.3...
i am just curious 'cause i'm looking at custom cam sizes.
Now what i specifically am looking at are 104 LSA which is what i want...tons of torque.
And the custom lift gets crazy high up. Like .400" lift high up which i believe would take Heavy Duty dual springs and new retainers and possibly...
This is a H50 from a Sears roper. It's got a Sears tag. Runs great. 3/4" shaft 2-1/4" long. Not throttle linkage is wrong but works. Exhaust is in great shape. Carb is newer I believe. $200 plus shipping
Exhaust tip that mounts to fender mount. Ok shape. Not rusted through. $75 plus shipping.
Hi guys,
Been riding our minibike WAY too much! lol
SPent the last month fiddling with a Mikuni carb and finally had it dialed in. We have a fairly moderate built Predator engine on an Azusa minibike. Oil has been changed regularly. Current build is as follows for backgroun info
Predator...

I need an HS40 block (on valves or crank case cover needed). The model year on this one is 72, but I'm not sure what the differences were during that time. The paint is important, but it doesn't need to be in perfect condition by any stretch of the imagination.
I might need the crank too, so...
Looking at one of the new HH60 motors I picked up last weekend its got this throttle control on it:
That is a heck of a lot simplier than the massively hard to find 30199a part and its accompanying levers, springs and doodads. Just bolt it on with the head bolts. Done.
It's part...
NOS, I think it's the type used on big-blocks, but would fit small blocks as well. Has funky connectors but could be rewired with a standard mini bike connector.
