very lightly used Comet 2 speed assembly, along with Max Torque 2 speed clutch (3/4" crank) Both have the same amount of use, not much at all. Jackshaft is 8.5" long (take off from a Rupp C350 as we put it back to factory setup-non jackshaft/direct)

It seemed to be quite the hot topic on here but now I don't see much about them anymore.
Did a google search and I found a company called "3D Motorsport" that makes a manual...
I have an NOS clutch drum, but it had some rust, and I gave it a bath in evaporust, and its just not pretty, and I would like to get re-plated. Any suggestions?:confused:

If anyone can help... I have one of the fiberglass repo clutch covers. I am looking for a tracing of the slots that I can tape down and mill into the cover before I send it for chrome plating.

I just re-drilled new holes on a new plate for my mini bike and when I put the clutch back on, it keeps engaging and making a terrible noise. However, this only happens when I put the chain on. There no problem when I take the chain off and just hold the clutch with my foot. It is a fairly new...
I have about a half dozen rides and a couple hours on my new CT200. When I started it today the clutch is grapping at idle and making a racket. A quick twist and release of the throttle made it stop. It happened numerous times during a 20 minute ride. Will oiling it, as per the instructions...
