Looking for suggestions on a chain breaker for #40 chain that will do the job painlessly but not break the bank.

Got myself in a pickle today it seems, bought a box of RLV gold/gold chain and much to my dismay, it does not fit in my #35 chain break. Anyone else had this issue? I bought my chain breaker from OldMiniBikes. Is there an RLV specific chain breaker?

I've searched high and low to find a decent chain breaker for my size 40 chain. I bought one from Northern Tool and it was an absolute piece of :censure:!! I exchanged it twice. The problem was that the pin-pusher kept bending -- even with very little pressure on the chain pin.

Last weekend I spent two frustrating days trying to break the bead on my rupp sprint wheels I tryed using a hammer and a block of wood then I tryed running over the tire with my jeep then I tryed crushing it in the vice and it just laughed at me so off to harbor frieght to get a bead breaker but...

In re-assembling my HS40 I have stupidly broken the breaker cam clean in half. I have botched a repair on it but not sure its strong enough.
Anyone know where I can get a replacement one, or make a new one, repair the old one, etc.
